Nice facility but emergency responsiveness of staff within water park is nonexistent. When our son hit his head on a water slide (10/28/2017) and opened a gash over one eye and started bleeding, the first lifeguard to observe the injury just stood there and made comments like, "whoa, dude!" My wife indicated to the lifeguard that we need help, to which the lifeguard responded that he could not leave his post. Apparently the emergency protocol is for the lifeguard to wildly wave his arms until a colleague notices. This is a safety fail, and raises concerns over what would happen in a more dire emergency.
A great place for family fun. It's our 4th time in 2 years. Love it!
Fun place to go, cost way to much for how small it is. Splash lagoon is the same price and way bigger.

My grandfathers experience with Scott Kleinhans who came to Chloe's rescue when needing to give my grandfather the senior citizen discount he should have gotten. We are always very happy with the customer service we receive here. The staff took Chloe's ability to give refunds, and second time we've had this issue. They went above and beyond to fix the problem which keeps us returning. We've spent thousands of dollars and will continue to do so!
