My visit was good. Got what I wanted.
I have taken my car to Royal twice for body work: once to fix the paint and then another time to replace a door. They are excellent to deal with, super friendly and helpful, and they took care of all the insurance dealings. They also provided great rentals for my insurance company's $30/day rate. My last rental was a new Rogue, I put the first 100 miles on it. Much better than the small compact car Enterprise would have provided for $30/day. And, my car is always spotless when I pick it up. :)

I just love this place they great they make you feel right at home..... I wish the owner would give me a new car haha jokes I have a ford I really don't like fords but they have been nothing but nice I will defiantly buy another car from them
