Due to a recent accident I had to get a rental, while my initial experience was not all that great with Enterprise, the following day of picking up my rental, I had called and reported a few issues with the car I had originally been given. Thanks to Hannah, the problems were quickly corrected and I was even upgraded to another vehicle. I would definitely use Enterprise in Cortland, NY again if needed and would do any dealings with Hannah!
Good service but I am sick of getting cars with partial tanks of fuel. I don't have time to fuel up before departing and I don't want to fuel up when returning the car leaning in the window watching the fuel gauge. Additionally a client wouldn't pay for fueling up in the morning because they assume I drove somewhere else, not on their project. Each vehicle should have a full tank of fuel.
