I went shopping at this fine location Friday night. I could not decide wether or not to buy the charcoal gray polo, or midnight night black polo. One of your fine associates, Jacob Marsh, helped me pick my brand new shirt! He was helpful, attentive, and just a great person to be around.
JCPenney in Cortland, New York, is and always has been a fun place to shop. Love the sales, coupons and friendly people who work there.
Not sure if Alice still works here or not but she was always helpful, and had a lovely dry sense of humor. The customer service reps here are usually pretty good. Store is always clean and pretty well stocked for the minimal they carry here. I wish they would expand a bit so that they could have more of a selection.
This is by far the smallest JCPenney store I've been, but the customer service is superb! I wish every other store had awesome assistants like in this one.
