Tried to order a wreath but they never returned my call. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
The staff was nice and suggestive as I was over whelmed with the choices. I since moved away but I still use this florist as I know what they have and they do a creative arrangement especially in my budget.
It makes downtown Cortland nice to see a shop where you can buy flowers but also gifts. It is diversified.

Vicki and Steven are 2 of the nicest people I've ever seen, their flower shop is very clean and filled with everything a top notch florist would have, the staff is kind, courteous and extremely knolegable
