I could attend many other exercise programs, but choose Cortland Jazzercise due to the staff...they are caring, kind, and make me feel uplifted when I attend...
The exercises are excellent, challenging yet modified to those who need it. The leadership is awesome...

The classes are great, and worth while. The instructors are awesome with their leadership and it is a good time.
The technicians are wonderful, and contribute to a feeling of "family" with the other clients. They are supportive, positive, friendly , professional, and work their "butts" off, all with a smile!
