I used to go here all the time and enjoyed it. The past couple of times I have went it has been an absolute, horrible experience. The staff were rude, huffing and puffing with requests, and if you ask them to fix something it's like the end of the world. I had my eyebrows done and when she was done I asked her to fix them and she said, "fix what". I have to go somewhere else to have them fixed. I refuse to give them my business and hope they find replacements for all the negative employees they have.
I've been going here for over 2 years now, and I love it! It's the best nail place in Cortland, I've checked others out just to be sure. I go once a month for UV gel fills. I always make an appointment because they are always busy. Everyone is friendly and happy to help me choose my nail color. They are loyal to loyal customers, they always get me in and out as fast as possible and do a fantastic job! 100% recommend them!
My daughter is home from her hectic life at college and we decided to treat ourselves to pedicures. The staff could not have been kinder or better at what they do! A woman next to us said she comes every 3 weeks, never misses, I can see why! We will definitely be back for Christmas break and in addition to a pedi, we will add mani and massages. It was a really wonderful way to be very kind to ourselves, we both loved it :-) (Do yourself a huge favor and upgrade to the lavender or lemon package, gosh it was great!) We highly recommend!
SNS is flawless. They're staffed with perfectionist, and they work in a timely matter. Great quality, great service, great over all experience.
