OUTSTANDING selection of items in every department. Employees are friendly. plenty of parking. Trying to find an employee that knew the difference between items in the same department was difficult.
Customer service was awsome!! However we were purchasing a washer and none in stock. We have to order it and have it delivered..we were not happy about that. Now I have to take time off of work or have someone at my house for 4 or more hours for the delivery.

I go to this place all the time. The employees are very helpful and will go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for if they think it is in that store. They have a lot of items for every project and have employees that are good with helping with projects.
Worst shopping experience of my life. They are short staffed, and the people there don't seem to know how to order an appliance. The clerk helping me was on the phone and helping another clerk while attempting to process my order. She had too many things to do, which tells me it's terrible management. I got on the phone with Best Buy and got a much better deal, and they actually knew what they were doing! Will NEVER go to Lowe's again.
