We have all of our insurance through State Farm's Cortland office. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After several years of owning our vehicles, we recently needed to change one of our two auto plans to another vehicle and we couldn't have been more pleased with how easy they made it. IF you don't do this everyday, you forget about all that has to be done, not to mention the whole DMV fun. State Farm's Agent walked us through it step by step and the whole process was seamless. They are there whenever I need to ask questions about our plans and always make sure I understand my plans. Home, Auto and Life insurance all in one monthly payment~~ couldn't get any easier and the staff is a pleasure to work with!! Great group of professionals!!

I have been coming to AL Myers since I started driving over 10 years ago for my car insurance, I have since added on other policy's and they where great helping me decide what I need. My parents have been using them as well and love it there. AL Myers and his staff are amazing and like part of the family. Did business with Tyler Travis and it has been nothing but a nightmare. We had a lot of issues right from the beginning and they continue to snowball. They cancelled our policy without notice and now we are having to deal with mega issues with DMV. Al Myers' office does not seem knowledgeable nor willing to help correct the issues created by their incompetence.
