Great service
Needed rank sewn on a military uniform. After 2 times, still not right even after pinning the needed spot. Tried to bring 7 more uniforms in to add rank to sleeves after taking an hour to measure and pin the rank area myself to assist them and they said they couldn't do it!!! They said "we sew a lot of patches on" but could not do this even when marked what I needed. Lost about $100 of business for a simple job. Basically admitted their incompetence. Now I have to drive one way 50 miles to Syracuse to have it done. Lost my business for good.
I've been using this place for almost a year now. The people are very friendly and they always have my clothes finished on time. Would highly recommend.
