They are either incompetent or unethical. Was going to buy a used bike from them. I asked steve how many hours are on the hour meter. He told me the bike didn't have a hour meter. when all 2017 ktm bikes come with one from the factory. Steve then said they would scan the bikes computer to check the hours and told me it had 27 hours. I told Steve I was 3.5 hours away and would drive up the next day to buy it. When I got their it had an hour meter right in the middle of the handle bars where it comes from ktm in bright orange which said 39.9. All Steve had to say was o we didn't see that. Do not make a long trip on their word of the condition they will waste your time hoping you will buy anyway since you drove so far.

Very friendly and down-to-earth people to deal with. Sales and parts department are excellent! We race motox and we always need parts on a weekly basis. If they don't have it in stock they will get it the next day. I highly recommend CNY Power Sports! Our team does not shop anywhere else .
