I was at this facility a year ago on business and when I went to get in to bed I found dried blood on the sheets. Not attempted washed out blood, dried blood. I had to call the front desk and have new sheets brought up. This time I was sent back up on business and the first thing I did was peel up the sheets and I found a bunch of human hair all over the sheets. This wasn't a few hairs that may have made it through the wash, they were sitting on top and could be brushed off. This place has a horrendous housekeeping issue. I don't care how nice the lobby is or the exterior of the building, I want a clean bed. They clearly do not change the sheets. They truly deserve 0 stars but that is not the option. BOOK ELSEWHERE!
Very last minute a crowd of us stayed for one night. A big thank you to William Leuty at the front desk who was so helpful. He was very patience and went above and beyond to get us booked in. Very nice hotel!

Best Western Plus Finger Lakes
My son goes to Cornell and during times of the year when a lot of parents visit, most hotels closer to Cornell book up completely. This hotel is about 30 minutes away but I always stay here because the rooms are comfortable and clean and it's reasonably priced. Check in process also very fast.

Stayed here with a large group about a month ago and was overall disappointed with the cleanliness... bed sheets were obviously not changed and they was hair all over. The showers did not drain properly and we found items from previous guest in our rooms. There was also an unpleasant odor, would not recommend!
