Went to MM to get a mattress for my dad. Bought a twin, great service and product. Needed to return and did so with no hassles. Upgraded to a full size for 400$. The manager, Terry, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful, just the best. I can't recommend Terry and MM enough-you can't do better.
Andrew was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I needed to replace a water bed frame for my elderly parents and the measurements were not standard. Andrew went out of his way to ensure that I purchased the correct frame and foundation for my parents. I had been looking online for items that would meet their needs. However, I found myself overwhelmed because the conventional replacement mattresses they had purchased to fit the California water bed were unique. Andrew's research and basic knowledge of the industry was so helpful. I wish I had gone to see him before I spent hours online.
